1. Data Controller and Representative
In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by Hidrodinamik Gemi Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş (“Company”) as the data controller within the scope explained below.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Our company processes personal data within the purposes and conditions limited to those specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, and Article 6, Paragraph 3 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. Your personal data (such as name/surname, address, place, and date of birth, phone number, email address, education level, educational background, work experience, foreign language proficiency, attended seminars, conferences, and certificate programs, references, and any information or document identifying the individual included in the resume form) will be processed for the purposes of evaluating your job application and suitability for the relevant position, conducting the Company’s recruitment processes, concluding them, considering your application for similar positions that may arise in case of an unfavorable result, contacting you in this regard, and improving and enhancing the recruitment policies implemented by the Company.
3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your processed personal data, stored securely for the above-mentioned purposes, will not be shared with third parties except as required by legal regulations and with your explicit consent. However, if requested in writing by Courts or Public Institutions/Organizations under legal regulations and within the framework of legal grounds, your personal data may be transferred.
4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is obtained within the framework of the Company’s human resources policies to conduct and conclude recruitment processes and to communicate with you in this context. The personal data collected based on this legal reason may be collected through various collection methods, including automated or non-automated means, orally, in writing, or electronically.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods specified below, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting the correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed and requesting that the transaction be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with KVKK and relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the transaction be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
6. Application of the Data Subject
As the data subject, you must submit your rights requests to our Company in writing. In this context, to ensure that the applications you will make under Article 11 of the KVKK are managed in a healthy and fast manner, we recommend that you submit the necessary documents/information that may be requested based on your request, as well as the documents required to verify your identity, either personally, by registered mail, or via our KEP address.

I consent to the recording, storing, modifying, updating, periodically checking, reorganizing, and classifying of all kinds of personal data I have provided to the Company, including those contained in my resume and notes taken by the Company’s human resources representative during interviews and job meetings, for the purposes of evaluating my suitability for the applied position, conducting and concluding the recruitment processes within the Company’s human resources policies, and in case of an unfavorable result, considering my application for similar positions that may arise later and communicating with me in this context.
I also consent to the contacting of the references I voluntarily selected in my resume and/or other references directly reached by the Company by the Company’s human resources department to obtain information/data regarding my suitability for the job and the recording of such information/data by the Company, as well as the sharing of my personal data with the competent authorities to fulfill the Company’s legal obligations and the retention of my personal data in the Company’s human resources database.
